Luce d'Bianco  
 

Luce d'Bianco is a fine, dry white wine, with floral tones that complement the crisp and light flavors. Luce pairs well with salad, delicate fish and mild cheese.

Dry Vignoles  
 

The Dry Vignoles is an early harvest Vignole, that is barrel aged. Has a higher acidity that helps to balance the oak and the tree fruit flavors. The Vignole goes perfectly with white fish, and spicy pork dishes.

Body: Light-to-medium body with a long creamy finish

Chardonnal    
 

Chardonnal is crafted from a blend of three grapes.  We use Chardonnay (A French viniferous), Chardonel (A Midwest hybrid of Chardonnay) and Vidal (famous for Canadian Ice Wines). These grapes are blended to create a fine, crisp, dry white wine. The Chardonnal has moderate oak and nice buttery floavors.
Wine Flavors: Oak, butter, pear, moderate oak
Body: Medium body with a buttery texture and oak tones
Food Pairing: Shrimp, strawberries, quiche, soft white grilled meats

Heartland Sonata is a semi-dry, white wine that is produced from Vidal grapes. This wine has a subtle light, tropical fruit fragrance that balance the fruit flavors with a hint of cherry.

Auslese, a German term denoting a late harvest wine. Produced using Vignole grapes picked in the late fall. Premium Auslese has hints of melon and tree fruit. This wine pairs well with fresh fruit, poultry and desserts.

Our founder named this wine to celebrate his wife of over forty years, Hanne.  His devotion and loving tenderness for her was apparent whether at home or at work.  Sweet Lady is one of the top selling Smoky Hill wines. It is known for it's full body tropical fruit flavors.

Czech White       SOLD OUT!
 

A fine white wine made in the Czechoslovakian style.  It is finished sweet with an intensely fruity aroma.  It is a great wine to accompany picnic foods and desserts. Czech White is best served at a cold temperature to bring out the full fruitiness of this wine. Like Smoky Hill's Czech Red, this wine is great for the wine novice, since the combination of  smooth, sweet and fruity is what the wine novice's palate is most receptive to.

Prairie Sunset is a semi-dry blush wine that is light-medium bodied. It has a slightly floral nose with hints of tree fruits and melon. This is a very versatile wine that pairs well with grilled foods, pizza, ham and poultry.
