| Chardonnal
|
|
|
|
|
Chardonnal
is crafted from a blend of three grapes. We use Chardonnay
(A French viniferous), Chardonel (A Midwest hybrid of Chardonnay)
and Vidal (famous for Canadian Ice Wines). These grapes are blended
to create a fine, crisp, dry white wine. The Chardonnal has moderate
oak and nice buttery floavors.

A
fine white wine made in the Czechoslovakian style. It is
finished sweet with an intensely fruity aroma. It is a great
wine to accompany picnic foods and desserts. Czech White is best
served at a cold temperature to bring out the full fruitiness of
this wine. Like Smoky Hill's Czech Red, this wine is great for the
wine novice, since the combination of smooth, sweet and fruity
is what the wine novice's palate is most receptive to. |
