Cheese Nachos
1-Wind and Willow Santa Fe
Cheeseball Mix
½ lbs ground beef or turkey
1 can kidney beans (drained and
rinsed)
½ c beef broth
½ c sour cream
2 c grated cheese
Brown ground meat and drain well. Stir in Old
Santa Fe seasoning packet, drained beans and beef broth; bring to a
simmer. Stir in sour cream until well blended. Stir in cheese
stirring continually until cheese is melted. Serve over tortilla
chips. Top with additional shredded cheese and Tortilla Topping
packet.
Garlic Herb
Hot Dip
1-Wind & Willow Garlic Herb
Cheeseball Mix
8 oz cream cheese
¼ c sour cream
½ stick (1/4 cup) softened
butter
1 loaf of bread
Prepare packet of Garlic Herb Cheeseball mix
with 4 oz. cream cheese. Mix in ¼ c sour cream. Heat slowly on
stove top, stirring frequently. Scoop out the center of round loaf
of bread and reserve bread pieces. Fill the scooped out area with
cheese mixture and use reserved bread pieces for dipping.
Spinach
Stuffed Mushrooms
1-Wind & Willow
Spinach-Artichoke Mix
8 oz cream cheese
½ stick (1/4 cup) softened
butter or margarine
Mushrooms and parmesan cheese or
bread crumbs
Combine ingredients and use cheese spread to
fill mushroom caps. Top with parmesan cheese or bread crumbs. Line
a baking pan with foil and spray with oil. Spread mushrooms in
bottom of the pan and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until bread
crumbs are golden brown.
