Barrel cave; door opens to new bottling area. Plans include a landscaped courtyard area in front, and to the left of the barrel cave. Future plans may include a garden area on the roof of the barrel cave. The last photo was taken on July 12, 2005 and shows the building that will house production, bottling, lab, offices and entry into the barrel cave (front building) and the building adjacent, right, is the tank and storage building.
