Smoky Hill
has the rights to ship wine directly to customers in the following
states: And coming soon to Kentucky, Georgia, Nebraska and
Arizona. Not all states allow the shipping of wine into the state.
There are also some states that make it too expensive and cumbersome
that Smoky Hill has opted not to obtain permits.
Become a Founder's Circle Honors Club member--it's free--and select how many wines you would like to receive per wine shipment. We are required to not only follow the new laws allowing for wine shipments in Kansas, but also the laws of the states we are shipping to. It is new territory for Kansas farm wineries, and we're working through the process. Follow the directions and complete the form, and we'll do our best to meet your request. We are working through the permitting process now, to best serve you, and adding states we can ship to as the law allows.
