THE FINE PRINT: The Honors Club membership is valid only for the primary member and one other household member at least 21 years of age.  You must present a valid driver's license or photo ID with your membership card.  The membership card is non-transferable. Discount offers do not apply to other discounts or sale prices and cannot be used to purchase wine. 

All sales are subject to Kansas State and local sales taxes, and/or taxes required of the destination state. All alcoholic beverages are sold in Kansas and title passes to the buyer in each state. Wine shipments to some states may be restricted by individual state law.  For out-of-state delivery, shipment is at the discretion of the purchaser.  We, as the seller, will act as the purchaser's agent and broker shipping for the purchaser. Purchaser should be aware of his or her own State, County and City regulations regarding importation of alcoholic beverages.  We cannot ship to a post office box.  There are no refunds of wine purchases.  Damage in transit is the responsibility of the customer and carrier.  Wines not signed for in a timely fashion that result in a return shipment will be reshipped at the expense of the purchaser.
