Pasta Vino is a fine, light, dry wine. Rich aroma and flavors of the Sangiovese grape,  it is skillfully vinified using traditional fermentation methods, resulting in a semi-noveau style that is pleasingly tannic.   The vividly purple-red color offers an intense aroma that is a bit fruity. This wine has the legs to carry it straight to a decanter, where thirty minutes of breathing will rush the fruitiness to the front of your palate and soften the tannins. As the name implies, enjoy it with spicy Mediterranean or traditional Italian cuisine.
